Standard Hot Runner Manifolds Allow For Short Delivery Times

A new line of standard hot runner manifolds is designed to provide delivery times of two to three weeks and 'very competitive pricing.'

They are available for two-, four-, six- and eight-drop applications and more than 50 sizes are offered. They can be used with 22, 30 or 44 mm diameter nozzles, with the standard 'D' type nozzles that have been offered for years, or with ALBA's new 'K' and 'H' type nozzles.

The manifolds have radii in all corners for smooth material flow and easy color changes. Heaters are calrod types, pressed into place for even heating and long life. Ceramic connectors are used on the heater leads to ensure easy electrical connections as well as excellent insulation.
