Vertical Trim Press Is Portable, Flexible

The new VTP-15 vertical trim press for roll-fed thermoforming applications runs either matched metal or knife tooling. It can be used as an intermediate trim press, between the thermoformer and the final trim operation.

The portable unit is CNC controlled to simplify set up and operator interface. Cycling up to 120 strokes/min, the press delivers 15 tons of cutting force with a 4-in. stroke. Trimming area is 12 x 30 in. and unit can accommodate web widths up to 36 in. Price is $85,500.
