Reifenhäuser reorganizes

Extrusion technology supplier Reifenhäuser is dividing its business into independent companies with one focusing on manufacture of extruders and wood plastic composites (WPC) technology and the other handling cast film.

The activities of the former Extrusion Center business unit were spun off into the Reifenhäuser Extrusion Technology GmbH & Co. KG, effective July 1. Reifenhäuser said this new group company will specialize in the development and manufacture of extruders and WPC lines and be headed by Tim C. Pohl.
