Screen Printer's Dual Squeegee Wiper Cleans The Screen Bottom

0401-pn-13.jpgSystematic Automation's Under-Screen Dual Squeegee Wiper is designed for screen printing applications that require the wiping of the screen bottom. The wiper consists of two squeegees with a trough in between. In the off-contact position, the wiper travels underneath the length of the screen, capturing ink collected by the dual squeegees to the trough.

With the dual squeegees, the screen is wiped with both passes of the wiper beneath the screen. Collecting excess ink to the trough eliminates ink contamination to the product and print area. The trough and squeegees quickly detach for cleaning.

The Under-Screen Dual Squeegee Wiper is offered as an option on Systematic Automation's F1 and 810 Models.
