Single-cavity nozzles with quick installation

Designed for use in prototype molds or single-cavity production tools, a new line of single-cavity hot runner nozzles can be built into an existing tool within one day of order placement. Part of the Ultra Nozzle platform from Husky, these single-cavity valve gates use the same nozzle configuration and gate detail as their multidrop counterparts. Since the cold sprue is eliminated, resin waste is reduced. The product is shipped fully assembled and ready to install, and it can include a custom machine-nozzle interface and stem gate diameter where necessary. The hot sprues come in 10 lengths with either VG or VX gating styles and are compatible with Husky?s Ultra 250, 500, or 750 nozzles.
