Static neutralizer for PET bottle production

Virtual AC intelligent static neutralizers eliminate static charges throughout PET bottle production using high-performance, stationary static neutralizing bars. The units reduce static charges deep within preform collection bins and hoppers, improving operator safety from unwanted shocks. The system?s long-range performance removes static charges to ensure smooth flow of PET bottles on high-speed conveyors, airveyors, accumulation tables, and palletizers, ensuring that bottles stay put.The system has a modular design for easy installation. Bars can be daisy-chained from a single power supply. In addition, the system continuously monitors the neutralizer efficiency as well as system diagnostics.
