A new flexible plastic welding machine featuring a tool-change system has been launched, with the interchangeable tool cartridge reportedly allowing users to swap tools in less than five minutes. The MS Cartridge is especially intended for automotive components, using ultrasonic plastic welding energy to join two parts, particularly in the assembly of door side panels, consoles, and other assemblies. All MS Plastic Welders machines are designed and built to specific applications. In order to meet rising demand, the manufacturer plans a new facility.
