Two Milacron (Cincinnati, OH; www.milacron.com) employees recently received the company's highest honors. N.K. Balgi, president of Ferromatik Milacron India, was given the James A.D. Geier Leadership Award for his management style, customer focus, and technical expertise that resulted in a 14.5% CAGR for FMI's sales and a 44.8% CAGR in earnings since 1999. Receiving the Neil A. Armstrong Award was Ed Hunerberg, manager of Uniloy Milacron's structural foam machinery business, who the company says has “opened new frontiers” in this technology since the early 1970s.

“The Geier and Armstrong awards are not given lightly,” says Ron Brown, president and CEO of Milacron Inc. “Throughout their careers, both Ed and N.K. have made Milacron a better company through their innovation, dedication, and leadership.”
