The X-Press 20 kHz integrated welder, an all-in-one rigid ultrasonic welding press, includes a built-in microprocessor. It features a single-piece, rigid cast aluminum machine base and column hub as well as easy-access front panel pneumatic and microprocessor controls. It is available in models of either 1200W or 2200W. Welds are made in digital time and/or constant energy modes. It includes an ultrasonic power load meter, upper and lower weld limit settings, and a back-lit LCD display. Both models include soft-start overload protection circuitry and digital wattage display. To simplify radial horn alignment, a high-efficiency snap-in converter rotates 360 degrees. A threaded position stop provides fine adjustment and limits the downward travel of the horn.
