Knock-Out Bar Ties In Injection Molding Ejector Systems

pn33-899.jpgSpeedBar is an adjustable-length knock-out bar used to tie in the ejector systems of injection machines and molds. They are said to be especially useful for molders using older presses without the ability to re-zero.

Bars are de-signed to quickly compensate for variations in different molds during change-out; a spring-loaded ad-justment sleeve is easily rotated without tools to change the bar length ±0.50 in. in increments of 0.006 in.

The knock-out bars are made of high-strength steel and are available in lengths between 6 and 14 in. They can be used with the manufactur-er's FasTie quick-change and release system to quickly couple ejector systems.

Prices range between $145 and $199, depending on SpeedBar length.
