New Robots, Control System For Air Tools Are Pneumatic

PN_16-10JDV Products is introducing two new product lines, a series of pneumatic robots for injection molding, as well as a pneumatic control station for up to four different air tools.

Pneumatic robots feature lightweight construction with a traverse-type LM rail mounted on an aluminum alloy beam. A palm controller with digital display makes for easy programming.

Unit also has six built-in programs, where the user chooses such parameters as angle swing, direction, stroke length, and standby position.

The Super SR600HCV robot is rated for up to 180 tons and is priced under $5000. Other models are available.

Pneumatic control station, Model PCS99, provides control of up to four different air tools, such as drill presses, micro grinders, nippers and blades, blow guns, screwdrivers, impact wrenches, ratchet wrenches and other accessories.

Unit has a single input and four separately regulated and gaged outputs with quick disconnects. Air input is up to 125 psi and outputs are from 0 to 125 psi. Airflow is up to 40 cu-ft/min. Unit is priced at $375.
