Steel Rollers For New And Existing Conveyor Systems

Heavy-duty 1.9-in.-dia steel rollers are for use in hostile operating conditions. The rollers are fitted with ball bearings  that are selected to match roller performance to the conditions in which the roller operates.

In one option, zinc-plated, commercial-grade steel ball bearings provide roller protection for use in applications that require mild corrosion resistance, such as gravity conveyors, packaging machinery and materials-handling equipment.

With another option, the manufacturer's double labyrinth sealed bearings offer higher corrosion resistance for such applications as gravity conveyors, flow racks and belt conveyors in chemical processing plants.
