EZ-Dry 60 high-volume desiccant resin drying systems have a rotor-based dryer that is reportedly energy efficient and eliminates dewpoint spiking. In spite of the dryer?s space-saving design, it can handle up to 600 lb/hr. The dryer is available with the Smart-Dry microprocessor-based control with a 7-day timer. It monitors dewpoint, process and regeneration temperatures, return-air temperatures, and various alarm functions affecting the drying process. Operators can set and maintain a desired dewpoint and use the control at the dryer site or remotely via serial ports.
