RocTool Technologies, headquartered in Le Bourget du Lac, France, with facilities in the United States, Germany, Japan and Taiwan, continues expanding into more applications and accelerating its developments with OEMs and manufacturers in North America at the company's Charlotte, NC, facility. One of RocTool's key technical centers for demonstrations and trials for injection molding, that facility will soon have capabilities for compression molding trials.

"Our priority is to constantly support new OEM designs and challenges," said Boulanger, who officially took over as CEO on Dec. 1, 2015. "Our technologies and our new services offer unique solutions to manufacturers in addressing those challenges. Three key words: Surface quality, lightweighting and performance."
Additionally on Nov. 4, 2015, Flextronics International Ltd. was nominated as a board member of RocTool. Roctool announced in September that Flextronics, a global "sketch-to-scale" solutions company that designs and builds intelligent products for a connected world, had acquired a minority stake in RocTool and completed the acquisition of shares representing approximately 14.76% of RocTool's share capital and 13.62% of voting rights. Flextronics will be represented by François Barbier, Flextronics Group President, Global Operations & Components.
RocTool is a specialist in the design and development of technologies for rapid molding of composites and thermoplastic injection molding whose processes are used by major brands in the consumer electronics, automotive, sports and leisure sectors.
