Kicking off the start of Chinaplas was the launch of "The City of Tomorrow," a circular shape structure at the Central Square of the exhibition center to showcase a comprehensive sustainability model. The concept covered the sustainability concept in four aspects: green and alternative raw materials, energy-efficient machinery, plastics and rubber applications, and recycling.

Bayer MaterialScience was the exclusive sponsor for The City of Tomorrow where the company showcased items such as an eco window frame to notebook housings and a soccer ball to tell sustainability stories.
