The Automax TCK250 stacked turret winder can be used to produce multiple rolls of stretch film on 3-inch (76 mm) cores up to 12 inches (300 mm) in diameter. The unit can wind stretch film up to 100 inches (2540 mm) wide and is capable of winding 10, 10-inch- (254 mm) wide rolls on each shaft for a total of 20 rolls per set. The shafts are cantilevered for quick roll unloading and core reloading. Each gate opens automatically once the shaft stops rotating and the turret is in position for roll unloading. After re-coring, a push button closes the gate and the shaft inflates automatically. It can wind at 600 ft/min (180 m/min) with tensions as low as 0.25 lb/linear inch (45 g/linear cm).
