DECORATING

Roll-on hot stamping of conical and cylindrical cosmetic containers is easy to adjust with the CHS25 unit.
The CHS25 vertical machine is designed for hot stamping conical and cylindrical plastics parts such as mascara bottles or lipstick tubes. It is said to have high output and can be adjusted to allow for cones with various gradients. The compact design takes up little room on the shop floor. The company?s SHP20 vertical stamping machine is equipped with a servo-driven stamping head. It enables stamping to be regulated and monitored independently of the tolerances of the stamped part. Required parameters such as stamping force, stamping temperature, and time, can be set to reproducible values and called up for later production runs. Leonard Kurz GmbH & Co.
