A new multi-lane rotary thermoforming system from Shawpak is a compact solution with integrated thermoformer, inline thermal transfer printer, vision inspection, robotic product loading, and reject system.

The proprietary rotary-drum system — which features a footprint of 2 square meters and unique design and tooling — can produce up to 5,000 packs per hour. Its compact size makes it easy to move, freeing up space in high-cost production environments.

Shawpak is a trading name of Riverside Medical Packaging, a limited company registered in England and Wales.

The company exhibited the new product at WestPack 2021 (Anaheim, CA; August 10-12), Booth 5315.
