Medallion Plastics (Elkhart, IN) walked away with the Silver Award in the Heavy Gauge, Vacuum-Formed category at the SPE Thermoforming Conference Parts Competition.

The aftermarket, two-piece hood assembly replaces the Ford F-150 aluminum body hood, and is formed using 0.200-in. gauge black, critical-smooth Sekisui/SPI Allen 8100 GP PC/ABS for high impact strength.
