Tip-top temp control



A new multitip hot runner nozzle from J-Tech Hot Runner Inc. (Caledon, ON) provides individual temperature control for each tip. It?s available in two- to eight-tip configurations.

Depending on material and part weight, minimum distances between the tips can be as little as 10 mm with an installation bore diameter of 20 mm, and 50 mm for an eight-drop multitip. Minimum nozzle length is 40 mm. These new nozzles can be used either as a single unit or with a manifold. Operating voltage is 220-240V; J- or K-type thermocouples can be used.?CK
