Training tracker

A series of Excel spreadsheets that let you easily and precisely keep track of employee training was recently introduced by Shift Schedules (Meridian, ID). All you have to do is enter the training information in a table and the spreadsheet organizes it into useful summary reports, allowing you to easily review training histories for each of your employees. The records can be filtered to display only records you?re most interested in, such as type of training, training location, training instructor, or training dates. Training histories for each individual can be generated?they can be printed out or automatically sent to the employee by e-mail. Best of all, a table and chart can be created to show the training history for all of your employees, so you can easily spot individuals with inadequate training in a specific area. The spreadsheets can generate training histories for 25-200 employees, and they cost less than $2/employee.?CK
