The Munchy K200 can reprocess a range of materials including LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, coex, and multilayer materials. Even printed or water-contaminated materials can be processed with the system's venting option. Materials can be fed into the machine in most formats including edge trim, cutouts, bags and sacks, and flakes.

A new touch-screen control panel and user interface eases setup and operation. Heavy-duty infeed rollers evenly present waste to the screw, and material can be fed into either side of the machine to suit the user's factory layout, minimizing space requirements and maximizing flexibility. The filter area has been enlarged, and the knife is now fixed to the die, ensuring consistent alignment and improved pellet quality. Automatic dicer retraction eliminates the risk of damage to the die face when the machine stops. Variable speed drives change to suit the material being processed, and easy access guards throughout the system allow faster maintenance and reduce downtime.
