Upgraded hot runner temperature control

Everything does not have to come at a price. Take the Z1264 temperature control unit from Hasco Hasenclever GmbH + Co KG (Lüdenscheid, Germany), which, as with its Z126 predecessor, is based on a modular plug-in design with up to 24 control circuits each of 3600W, comes with programmable soft start, and features unmistakable alarm diagnosis. Additionally, the new version has a sealed, soil-proof membrane keyboard, an optional central operating unit that can control all zones simultaneously, and the capability to store mold parameters in its internal memory. Furthermore, the new model boasts an additional boost function and the possibility of displaying the power output as a percentage. It is also possible to lock the parameter level and to reset all the parameters to the factory settings. All of this performance is delivered at a price advantage over the predecessor model. —[email protected]
