Want to know what's in your silos?

BinMaster, a division of Garner Industries, a custom injection molder in Lincoln, NE, introduced its BinMaster MVL Multi-Scanner System for very large silos. The MVL multiple scanner system integrates multiple point measurement data from two 3DLevelScanners to measure a very wide material surface area.

Additionally, it provides better inventory accuracy for large vessels than any other level measurement device on the market today, says the company. MVL is designed specifically for the challenges of very large bins where the topography of the stored material tends to be uneven.

The MVL system displays a visual representation of the material surface that shows high and low points in the bin such as cone up, cone down, sidewall buildup or bridging.

Garner Industries
, manufacturer of the BinMaster product line of level controls, also announced that it has upgraded to an ISO 9001:2008 certification from the ISO 9001:2000 which it received in 2005.  In addition to its BinMaster products, Garner has 19 injection molding press ranging from 35-310 tons, and operates in a 78,000-ft2 facility. The company serves a variety of industries with components in a number of engineering thermoplastics, and also offers mold design and build. [email protected]
