(Sarasota, FL; www.iccina.com), an acquisition firm focused on businesses in Asian markets that service healthcare, technology, and the environment, has signed a letter of intent to purchase the assets of new bioplastics injection molder/plastics manufacturer Source Bio Plastics Inc. (Massena, NY). Source Bio reports that it acquired manufacturing facilities and equipment in New York state and is ready to start producing parts made of biodegradable resin, including CD cases and DVD boxes.
