The North Italian Plastic Technology (NIP-Tech), a network of three top plastic machinery manufacturers in Italy, and Alliance Automation LLC, a machinery manufacturer and sales representative group in the United States, is representing plastics machinery companies from Italy to the U.S. and Canada.
Alliance Automation, located in Grand Blanc, MI, is a machinery manufacturer and robotic integrator that specializes in robotic water jet and foam pouring systems. Alliance is also the sales representative for high quality machine manufacturers from all over the world, providing automation solutions to companies in many different industries that produce products used across many applications.

NIP-Tech brings together Baruffaldi Plastic Technology, Srl; Engin Plast SrI, and Comav SrI, each bring a different plastic technology to the table. Information from NIP-Tech said that Baruffaldi specializes in custom plastic extrusion equipment, and introduces its Hot Blade Guillotine cutting machine along with other extrusion technologies including tool, haul-off machines, punching machines, and milling machines. Primac, a division of Baruffaldi brings its highly specialized machines for large corrugated plastic pipes.
Engin Plast brings its plastic recycling granulators and pneumatic transport systems. These systems turn unused processed plastic into reusable plastic granules which can be transported right back to the beginning of the process lines. Engin Plast also specializes in feeding and dosing systems used to feed those lines with plastic pellets or similar materials, according to the company's information.
Comav also takes the environment with their machines for recycling and compacting expanded polystyrene packaging, such as the PS foam typically used for packing and shipping electronics and other fragile items. They also specialize in bag emptying equipment, which take a whole pallet of bagged powder or granules, empties the raw material, and separated the empty bags for recycling. These machines can be made to meet food grade standards, said the company.
In a world driven to be more efficient and environmentally friendly, Baruffaldi Plastic Technology, Engin Plast, and Comav bring new and exciting opportunities for plastics manufacturers in the U.S. and Canada, noted the NIP-Tech release. With machine installations in over 50 different countries, these companies have experienced great success all over the world and are excited to offer their quality equipment to this region.
Steven Cranston, client services manager for Alliance, commented to PlasticsToday: "We already represent several other Italian companies, so we are known in Italy as a company that reps Italian companies in North America. Several of our sales members from Alliance went to Italy and got to know the companies and the machines. All three companies manufacture the quality equipment we represent. Italian machinery is very high quality, and all the companies we rep have very high quality machinery."
The NIP-Tech companies will be attending the upcoming International Plastics Showcase - NPE 2015, March 23-27 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, where they will introduce themselves and their products.
