Injection molding: Kit ensures proper installation of cavity pressure systems

RJG’s Lynx Sensor Installation Kit reportedly ensures the correct installation and proper functioning of 0.5-inch button-style sensors and cavity pressure sensors. The kit contains tools and documentation to install and check the Lynx button sensors in four steps. A Lynx Sensor Tester attaches directly to the sensor via a standard cable. RJG is promoting the system to toolmakers tasked with testing molds before delivery.

In addition, a document from RJG with information on implementing cavity pressure technology reportedly helps reduce cavity pressure sensor installation errors.
