Gold: SoTube/SoSafe double barrier packaging, manufactured by Selenium Medical (La Rochelle, France), are nested tubes that maintain sterility of packaged implants for five years, according to the company. The no-touch packaging design ensures sterility up to the point of surgery. Phthalate- and latex-free, the packaging comes in a range of sizes to host implants of varying configurations. The company provides packaging services in ISO Class 5 and Class 7 cleanrooms.
