Injection mold manufacturer StackTeck of Brampton, ON, Canada, submitted the Gold Award–winning Best Thin Wall Package. Also owned by KFC, the 64-oz. IML TRIM Pail, molded by Srithai Superware, uses IML to enable a high-quality decoration on StackTeck’s thin-recess injection molded (TRIM) part, which has a wall thickness about half of what was formerly considered possible with conventional thin-wall molding technology.
