The patent pending Airwash system evacuates, conveys, and cleans regrind all in one step. The system is said to provide vacuum and air volume sufficient to evacuate any size-reduction equipment while simultaneously separating fines, dust, and stringers. The system uses one blower located on the clean side of the cyclone to minimize rotor wear and further fine generation. The system provides two stages of cleaning, above and below the airlock. The level of cleaning is determined by the amount of air used, which can easily be adjusted even during operation. The maintenance-friendly, vertical design also uses minimal floor space.

In order to show the system?s performance, potential customers can send in a representative sample of material to be tested on the same size system proposed for the customer?s application.
