In addition to source reduction, freight savings and warehouse efficiencies, the flexible packages are typically made of a single substrate, making it more easily recyclable. The polyethylene film is 4 to 5 mil in thickness and can be printed with up to 10 colors using flexographic or gravure printing to meet the exact needs of each customer.
