A new brand, Polyurethane Solutions, will be used for the plastics supplier’s global polyurethane operations, a move it said will help increase its corporate brand for PUR processors throughout the world.  BASF is one of the world’s largest suppliers of PUR; major competitors include Bayer and Dow. BASF’s PUR operations include more than 35 system houses.
