Husky names new CFO

The newest VP finance and chief financial officer at Husky Injection Molding Systems (Bolton, ON; www.husky.ca) doesn’t come with a plastics background, but he does have more than 30 years of experience in finance. George Halatsis was recently appointed to his new position at the injection machine maker, replacing Daniel Gagnon. Formerly, Halatsis was executive VP and CFO of Shoppers Drug Mart Corp. and CFO at nickel producer Inco Ltd. and Canadian Pacific Railway.
