IQMS is a finalist in the Innovative Company of the Year category for two primary reasons, according to a press release distributed by the company: Its comprehensive ERP software design and its team of developers, called the Automation Group, that works collaboratively with clients to automate shop floor processes and find solutions to individual manufacturing needs.

Alflen has been recognized as a finalist in the Women Executive of the Year category for spearheading efficiency improvements and for helping IQMS become a thriving software provider.

"IQMS has always pushed the boundaries of manufacturing technology, so it is exciting to see us being recognized as an innovative company," said Alflen. "Additionally, I couldn't be more excited to be a finalist for the Women Executive of the Year award. The caliber of finalists in my category is extremely high and I am honored to be included among these leading businesswomen."

The Golden Bridge Awards are an annual industry and peers recognition program honoring companies of all types and sizes, products, innovations, management and teams, women in business and the professions, and PR and marketing campaigns from all over the world that have achieved excellence.
