Japanese engineering resins supplier Polyplastics (Tokyo) plans to set up a wholly owned sales and marketing subsidiary in Detroit, Michigan, which will commence operations in July this year. The company is targeting business development at Japanese automakers with operations in the U.S. as well as at U.S. companies with manufacturing operations in Asia.
