An energy-saving method for moving your molded products, the new DynaCon Modular Powered Roller Conveyors from Dynamic Conveyor Corp. (Muskegon, MI) feature motorized rollers, one per module, that are energized and put into motion when, and only when, you need them.

As your product moves from one module to the next, the power dissipates and the next module is energized. So your products continue to move right along, right to where you need them, without wasting energy.

The modules are available in short sections consisting of 5, 7, 9, and 11 roller sections to maximize conveyor length flexibility. Only one roller in each roller module section is energized. Modules of various lengths can be interchanged to create the best conveyor length required for each of your applications. And control options include zero pressure accumulation, indexing, and standard conveyance.

The new motorized conveyors use low-maintenance DC brushless motors capable of providing variable speeds from 0-200 ft/min. Rollers on 4-inch centers convey containers weighing up to 100 lb. And they’re available in four widths, from 18-36 inches.
