Process Control's new feeders for Guardian blenders permit the amount of scrap to be controlled and recorded.

Process Control Corp. (Atlanta, GA) has incorporated regrind and powder feeders for use on all sizes of its Guardian gravimetric batch blending systems. The auger-type feeders are for use with regrind from sprues of off-spec parts.

The new feeders for 18- and 25-kg Guardian blenders permit the amount of scrap being fed back through the blending system to be controlled and recorded. The design has been optimized to prevent jamming and bridging that typically lead to costly interruptions in processing. [email protected]
