Schneider, Wagner complete Pelletron takeover

Five years after joining the company as its president/CEO and vice-president, respectively, Heinz Schneider and Paul Wagner have acquired 100% of Pelletron Corp. (Lancaster, PA), a manufacturer of pneumatic conveying and de-dusting equipment, from the company’s founder, Jerry Paulson, for an undisclosed price.

(Lancaster, PA), a manufacturer of pneumatic conveying and de-dusting equipment, from the company’s founder, Jerry Paulson, for an undisclosed price. 

Pelletron has in the past focused its sales in this industry but intends also to continue to grow its presence in markets outside plastics. “We expect that Pelletron will grow significantly in other markets, creating new jobs in the United States, and with our sophisticated products and solutions, we will help our cus¬tomers improve their processing capabilities, resulting in better products,” Schneider said.
