Stand-Alone Degating Fixture Cuts Up To 16 Gates

A new stand-alone degating fixture from JDV Products is designed to cut up to 16 gates. Two basic platforms are available: the standard DF300 pneumatic platform and the optional DF600 PLC-controlled platform.

Other standard features include black anodized 1/4-in. aluminum plate enclosure, manual loading and unloading of parts, fully guarded cuttingarea with interlocking switch, Vessel nippers and blades in numerous stylesand angles and an input air filter and regulator. 

Prices start at $4000 and go up depending on options chosen. Options include: the PLC controller with 14 I/Os for interfacing with auxiliary equipment, automated part loading and unloading, nipper retracting mechanism for parts loading and unloading, separate air pressure regulator for optional functions and operations, sorting tray for collection and containment of parts and vestiges, dual palm (anti-tie-down) actuators for operator safety, slide chutes for sorting and dispensing parts and a parts counter.
