Static Eliminator Mounts On End-Of-Arm Tooling

JDV Products' new Static Eraser has a lightweight, compact design and can be mounted on a robot's EOAT (end-of-arm tooling) to eliminate static electricity on parts as they come out of the mold. Parts are electrically balanced with a blast of static neutralizing ionized air as they exit the mold.

Unit measures 1.5 x 3.6 x 2.1 in. and weighs just 5.6 lb. There are mounting holes on four sides for mounting flexibility. The Static Eraser is UL and CE approved. Pricing has not been established at press time.
