Supermodular conveyors

After recently becoming an official licensor of Series 400 Angled Roller Belt (ARB) technology developed by Intralox LLC (Laitram, LA), DynaCon (Muskegon, MI) now offers lightweight/low-maintenance Modular ARB conveyors that can easily be installed and configured to move stuff around—even around your shop floor. ARBs feature built-in belt rollers angled at 0°, 45°, 60°, or 90°.

Compared to those with more conventional technologies, Modular ARB conveyors reportedly have fewer moving parts, take up less floor space, and require less maintenance. Other benefits include the following:

  • Reduced risk: ARB is engineered to be an extremely safe plastic belt technology, featuring few catch points.

  • Ease of modularity: Lightweight and modular, it can be configured and reconfigured onsite to optimize your production efficiency and meet your changing production requirements.

  • Easy installation: There’s no need for installation crews and costs, and the install is quick and simple, allowing production to resume with minimal downtime. DynaCon sources also say shipping costs are reduced because of the Modular ARB’s lightweight, portable design.—CK
