During his time with Trexel, the company significantly increased its revenues, expanded the European organization, established subsidiaries in Japan and China and positioned Trexel’s process as the technology of choice in lightweighting injection molded automotive parts, according to a press release.
He also developed key partnerships with the industry’s top injection molding machine suppliers, enabling them to provide turnkey injection molding foaming systems, as well as partnerships with many other leading global organizations in the plastics industry.
Trexel has retained an executive search firm to recruit for the vacant leadership position.
Prior to joining Trexel, Braig served as President and CEO of Engel Machinery, President of Europackaging LLC and President of Nypro’s automation division, ACC.
