Pneumatic sprue pickers for three applications

The swing-type Uniswing STV Series, used with machine tonnages of 25 to 220, provides basic sprue removal and can be integrated into the company?s machine control or operated with a stand-alone control. A sprue picker for tonnages of 25 to 66 is integrated within the clamp safety gate area of the IMM?it needs no additional guarding or openings, saves space, and integrates into the company?s IMM machine control. The Unipick P5 Series is used with machine tonnages of 25 to 390, and can be used to remove a sprue or part from the machine and placed on a conveyor, for example. The unit can also be equipped with a servo main axis to create different deposit stations. The pneumatic version can be integrated into the company?s injection machine control or operate with a stand-alone control.
