Pulverizer quick at turning pellets into powder

Kelly Duplex dry powder mixer model 3206 allows rotational molders to reduce the cost of their raw material needs by pulverizing granules at their own operation rather than buy ready-to-use powder. The unit handles 600- to 800-lb (272 to 363 kg) batches. Its continuously welded and polished interior eliminates hard-to-clean contamination points. The full-opening top cover, with integrated pigment addition ports, permits easy access for cleaning and loading. Air-purged shaft seals prevent cross-batch color contamination.
