Height problems and mold installation restrictions are minimized because the robot is mounted transversely to the machine axis. Gripping is carried out horizontally from the back of the machine, which also provides the opportunity to position an injection unit vertically for use in multicomponent molding.Basic equipment includes five axes, four of which are servoelectric. Intervals for part removal are quick due to the simultaneous movements of two servo axes, and the system has the ability to set parts down near the floor.
