Smooth coolant changeover

The Rustlick Startup Kit from ITW Rocol North America (Glenview, IL) includes all the products needed for a successful coolant changeover: 1 gal of Kleenzol DY industrial sump cleaner, a 16-oz bottle of Triadine 20 microbiostat, and a 12-oz aerosol can of Rustlick 606 moisture-absorbing rust preventive.
 

Each time old coolant is taken out of a sump and new coolant is added, there are a number of serious hazards that are often overlooked. The Rustlick Startup Kit provides the user with the tools and instructions required for a safe, efficient, and effective coolant changeover.

Triadine 20 clears bacteria out of the old coolant and sump before the changeover and keeps bacteria out of the new coolant after the changeover. Kleenzol DY cleans built-up residue, way-lube oil, and tramp oil out of the sump. Rustlick 606 prevents flash rusting and the convenient aerosol spray makes it easy to apply on all areas of the machine.
