Software Is Designed For Process Weighing Systems
Weigh-View Version 4.0 from BLH Electronics is said to provide an easy interface for calibrating, configuring and monitoring process weighing systems. Simple network wiring allows up to 18 independent weighing or scale systems to interface with one Windows 95/98-based PC. Eight viewing screens with clickable parameter entries guide users through set-up and start-up procedures. Once established, parameters can be stored or printed. Benefits cited for Version 4.0 include live datalogging in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet format, a multi-viewing screen that displays live weight values from all systems at the same time and off-line parameter entry. Off-line parameter entry allows users to pre-define calibration and operating parameters and then download them into the instrument. Using these stored parameter sets, one system can handle many recipes or weighing functions.
