A series of 11 heavy-duty granulators, the SSH Series, is reportedly built for extreme applications. The 12 and 28 Series compact granulators offer soundproofed enclosures.
The SSH Series features a removable deflector wedge for aggressive cutting, and externally-mounted oversized pedestal rotor bearings, which are said to be well suited for wet granulating applications.
The 12 and 28 Series have integral soundproofing and a convenient enclosure that is easy to open for access to the cutting chamber and screen. The compact size of these granulators makes them mobile so they can easily be placed in any part of the production process.
All of the models have a completely welded, heavy-duty steel construction and V-cut rotor blades, which keep material away from the sidewalls to reduce wear and increase dependability.
