Euromold 2014: XYZprinting presented its innovative da Vinci 1.0 AiO 3D printer

Taiwan-based XYZprinting presented its innovative da Vinci 1.0 AiO 3D printer: the world's first mass-produced affordable desktop all-in-one 3D scanner and printer, designed for users without 3D modeling expertise. The scanning assembly is underneath the rotating printing platform, which enables 360-degree scanning in just five minutes. A patented visual image adjustment software automatically corrects the scanning document. The machine is competitively priced and targeted at designers and hobbyists, although the education market also looks promising, says the company.
