Two-color printing with only one fixture

The Duoseal is a single- or two-color pad printing machine that uses two transfer pads mounted to a vertical tower that rotates 90° alternately in clockwise and counterclockwise directions. This makes it possible to print two colors with only one stationary holding fixture and allows printing of images on two different part levels by two independently controlled pneumatic pad cylinders. The rotating motion for the pad tower is provided by a mechanically operated index table. The machine is mounted to a free-standing base.

The machine has an 80-mm-diameter maximum print image and a maximum speed of 800 to 1000 cycles per hour. Other features include a mechanically CAM-operated index for smooth and accurate pad rotating motion, adjustable X-Y-R cliché positioning, X-Y pad coupler for fast pad position setup, sealed ink cup system, handheld operating control panel, clear safety guarding doors, and more. Pricing information was not provided.
